Request Old Score Reports
All printed materials, including certificates, are processed and shipped by the Central Office in Japan. Those who wish to request a re-issuance of the certificate* should follow the instructions at: http://www.jlpt.jp/e/certificate/other.html
*Only the “Certificate of Result and Scores 認定結果及び成績に関する証明書” can be re-issued and the content of the document such as your name cannot be changed.
