Please click on the links below to download certificates for your students who have taken the National Japanese Exam. The certificates are “fillable PDF forms,” with fields that you can fill in. Open the forms using Acrobat Reader. There are three fields you can fill in: Category and Level, Student’s Name, and School Name. Use the tab key to go between lines (use Shift+ Tab to go upwards). Place your cursor in the box you want to use; click, hold, and drag to highlight the label, then type in the appropriate text. In the box labeled “Enter Category and Level Here” please enter whether your student is a college, high school, or middle school student, and whether they took Level 1, 2, or 3.

You can save each certificate after you have filled it in, for later printing or sending to students. Then come back to this page for a new blank certificate.
