AATJ Annual Conferences
The American Association of Teachers of Japanese holds two conferences annually focusing on Japanese language education.
Each spring, the AATJ Annual Spring Conference is held over a full day in conjunction with the Annual Meeting of the Association for Asian Studies (AAS), with more than 100 paper and panel presentations on literature, linguistics, SLA, and language pedagogy.
More information on the Annual Spring Conference can be found here.
In November, AATJ sponsors dozens of Japanese-focused presentations as part of the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) Annual Convention and World Languages EXPO.
