The 2012 American Association of Teachers of Japanese (AATJ) Annual Spring Conference took place on Thursday, March 15, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
This conference, the first to be held under the auspices of the newly renamed AATJ, was held in conjunction with the 2012 Annual Meeting of the Association for Asian Studies (AAS). The AATJ Annual Spring Conference featured more than 100 presentations on various aspects of Japanese language and literature, and was attended by more than 250 people.
