Dear ATJ Member:
Your participation is requested in the election of three new Board members. Those elected to these positions will take office at the Association’s annual membership meeting on March 25, 2010, and serve until Spring of 2013. Newly elected Board members serve three-year terms.
As a result of last year’s change in the Bylaws, adopting a three-year Presidency, there will be no election of a President[-Elect] this year. Janet Ikeda, who was elected President-Elect in 2009, will assume the Presidency this spring and serve until the first President under the new system is elected in 2011.
Please read this information carefully before voting.
Six (6) candidates have been nominated for At-Large seats on the Board, and you should vote for up to three (3) of them. The candidates for the three open Board positions are:
